APM (Advanced Personnel Management)

We have programmes for those candidates looking for work or further training, eligibility is simply from 15 years old to 65 years;   As a minimum candidates can expect support below. Although we offer bespoke support to each candidate that is likely to exceed these services.

·         One to one support for job search/ applications/ employer engagement.
·         Vocational qualifications including (not exhaustive list); ITQ, English; Maths; Employability skills; bespoke employer led qualifications.
§  Support for all areas of wellbeing; Community (home life), financial (budgeting) career, (employability) physical, (including emotional and mental health) & social (stable relationships and communication).

We are keen to support as many local people as possible. Our commitment is to add value to all providers and partners.  We will engage with partners to safeguard this, sharing data and regular updates.
